eclean Labs AB is a private Swedish aktiebolag, founded in 2025 by the team behind the open-source Windows project AtlasOS. The company is owned by the people who build it, takes no outside investment, and funds the free eclean app through optional Pro and Family subscriptions rather than advertising or the sale of user data.

The new section states that position plainly instead of leaving it to inference. It records who owns and runs the company, which documents govern it, and where its accounts become public record. As a Swedish aktiebolag, eclean Labs AB files annual accounts with Bolagsverket. The section publishes no financial figure of its own until a reporting period is approved and sourced, and says so on the page.
