Note on Crisp: The support widget and its technical session load on every page so help, conversation history, and availability work immediately. The crisp-client/* cookie may therefore be set before you open chat and is not controlled by the optional-cookie settings. Crisp describes these as chatbox service cookies rather than tracking cookies. We do not attach your eclean account to a Crisp contact merely because you are signed in or browsing: that happens only after you send a chat message. See Crisp cookie policies for details.
Note on Microsoft Clarity: Clarity uses the ConsentV2 API and starts in no-consent mode: no cookies are set and no data persists across pages until you grant analytics consent. Its cookies are listed in the Analytics section below because they only activate with your permission.
Cookieless services (always active, no cookies set):
- Umami Analytics: Fully cookieless, privacy-first web analytics. No cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting. GDPR and PECR-compliant by design. Does not require consent. Collects only aggregated page views and referrers with no personal data.

PostHog Analytics

As of July 2026, none of these partners load on eclean.gg at all. The table stays so you can see exactly what each would set if we ever run campaigns with them; until then there is nothing to consent to.

Do Not Track
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we read it as a “no” to everything optional.
We respect "Do Not Track" (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals and treat either as a rejection of non-essential cookies. An explicit choice you make in our consent tool takes precedence, and we recommend it for the most precise control.
Impact of disabling Cookies
Say no and the site still works; we just learn less, and embedded videos become placeholders.
- Essential cookies: Cannot be disabled. Blocking them may prevent the site from functioning.
- Analytics cookies: Disabling these means we can't learn how visitors use the site, which helps us improve.
- Marketing cookies: You'll still see ads on other platforms, but we won't know if they took you to our site.
- Embedded content: Third-party content (videos, social posts) will be blocked and replaced with placeholders.
