ECLEAN LIMITED offers a proprietary application, referred to as “eclean,” designed to enhance the performance of Windows-based computers and laptops. The functionalities provided by eclean include, but are not limited to:

• Removal of superfluous junk files;
• Execution of customized optimization scripts aimed at improving overall resource management;
• Capability to disable or terminate non-essential background processes;
• Functionality for configuration sharing across devices for various games, software, and drivers.

User Responsibilities

As a user of eclean, you agree to:

• Utilize the services provided solely for legitimate and lawful purposes aimed at optimizing your computer’s performance.
• Ensure your privacy by disabling any telemetry features in the application as per your discretion.

You expressly agree not to:

• Use eclean in any manner that could potentially harm or cause irreversible damage to any system.
• Engage in any illegal activities or unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems.

Account Creation and Management

Users may create accounts through Google or Discord OAuth integration within our desktop application or directly on our website using an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to share this information with any third party.

Payment Terms

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the eclean software and its associated content are owned exclusively by ECLEAN LIMITED. Users are strictly prohibited from redistributing or claiming ownership of the software or any related materials.
