The app shows its work. So does the company.

How many people use eclean and how fast we answer, read from the systems that produce the figures. If those systems are unavailable, this page says so instead of filling the gap.

Revenue we refuse. On purpose.

The classic ways a “free” PC utility makes money, and our standing answer to each.

  • Advertising

The moment ads pay the bills, the person using the app stops being the customer. eclean will never show ads.

  • Selling your data

Your hardware inventory and habits are not stock we trade. Nothing is sold, rented, or “shared with partners”.

  • Bundled installers

No browser toolbars or “special offers” riding along in our installer. You asked for eclean, you get eclean.

  • Fear-based upsells

No invented error counts, red alarms, or countdown timers. If Pro is worth paying for, it can say so calmly.

The open ledger.

Account, activity, and support-response figures come straight from our API. No values are stored in the website source or substituted when the API is unavailable.

Live figures unavailable

No figures to publish right now.

The public API did not return enough real monthly data to draw a trend. We do not use estimates or cached numbers from this repository as a substitute.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Why publish any of this?

Because our industry earned its reputation, and we would rather be measured than believed. An app that explains every change it makes should come from a company that explains itself the same way. Publishing the numbers keeps us honest on the days nobody is looking.

How fresh are these figures?

The account, activity, and response-time charts pull from our API when you open this page. The response includes its own generation time and refresh interval. If it is unavailable, we show no figures.

Are the numbers audited?

The charts come from our own account and support systems, lightly rounded, not from an auditor. As a Swedish aktiebolag our annual accounts become public record anyway. This page just refuses to make you wait a year for the story.

What happens when the numbers go down?

They get published, the same as when they go up. A transparency page that only reports good months is a marketing page with extra steps.

Do you have investors?

eclean Labs AB is owned by the people who build it. If that ever changes, this page is where you will read it first, not a press release.

The ledger says what. The manifesto says why.

Our development philosophy, our view of the industry, and seven promises in writing, signed by the founders. Six culture commitments, made to the people who build eclean, carry the same signatures.

Judge us by our work.

The best argument for the numbers above is the app itself. Free, no expiry, every change explained before it happens.
