Culture, on the record. Six commitments, signed by the founders.

eclean Labs is a handful of people. A company this small has no values deck, only habits, so we write the habits down.

The goals, plainly.

Most culture pages are adjectives. These are documents, six commitments the founders have written down and signed, specific enough that falling short would show.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion. We started this company as teenagers, and strangers took the work seriously before anyone asked how old we were. We want working here to feel the same, judged on what you can do, paid the same for the same work, and never ruled out by age, background, or credentials.

Work-life balance. eclean is trusted with people's daily machines, and tired people break trust. We ship when a change can be explained and reversed, not when a calendar says so, and the same patience applies to the people doing the shipping.

Career growth and learning. A small company cannot promise a ladder of titles, so it promises scope. Real responsibility early, work signed with your name, and the company paying for whatever makes you better at the job.

Environmental sustainability. The goal is longevity. Most PCs are replaced because they feel slow, not because they are broken, and maintenance is exactly what we make. Keeping machines in service is the most environmental work this company can do, and staying small, remote, and digital-only keeps our own footprint in check.

Social impact. Our corner of the industry makes money frightening the people who understand their computers least. We aim to be the counterexample, with a free tier that stays real, explanations in plain language, and open books so anyone can check whether we live like we write.

Transparency. Every goal above ends the same way, so check us. The books stay open, mistakes are announced rather than discovered, and decisions come with their reasons attached.
