Diversity, equity, and inclusion
Commitment 1 of 6
eclean Labs is too small for diversity statistics, and we will not invent any. What a company our size can do is set the rules of the room before the room fills up, and sign them where everyone can see.
We know what an open room is worth because we came through one. AtlasOS was built by teenagers and ran on the machines of millions, because a community of strangers judged the changelogs, not the ages on our passports. Talent shows up from anywhere. Filters like degrees, accents, and birth years are how companies miss it.
So here is what we commit this company to, for as long as it exists.
First. We hire on demonstrated work. No degree requirements, no age screens in either direction, and remote by default, so geography does not decide who can apply.
Second. Equal work earns equal pay. Compensation follows the role and the work, never the confidence of the negotiator.
Third. Plain language is an inclusion feature. Much of our community reads English as a second language, so everything we publish, from tooltips to this page, is written to be read.
Fourth. Our spaces stay safe. Harassment and discrimination are not tolerated in our workplace or our community, and moderation applies the same to a stranger as to a founder.
Fifth. Anyone can report us. The confidential channel at whistle.eclean.gg is open to employees, customers, and community members alike, and conduct reports are treated as seriously as financial ones.
This commitment is amended only in public, and the current version is always this page.
