Every other commitment on these pages ends the same way. Check us. This one is about how checking stays possible. eclean Labs runs open by default, from its numbers to its mistakes.

Openness is not a marketing exercise for us. It is the discipline that keeps a small company honest. What gets published gets checked, and what gets checked stays true.

Here is what we commit this company to, for as long as it exists.

First. The books stay open. Our account, activity, and support figures are published on the transparency page and updated monthly, dips included.

Second. Mistakes are announced, not discovered. When we break something, the changelog says what happened, who was affected, and what changed so it does not repeat.

Third. Decisions come with reasons. The same discipline our users get, the team gets. Significant decisions are written down where everyone affected can read why, and "because we said so" is not an answer.

Fourth. Pay is explainable. Compensation follows written rules anyone here can read and any candidate can ask for, not backroom discretion.

Fifth. Questions get answers. The confidential line at whistle.eclean.gg stays open, real people read the inboxes, and "no comment" is reserved for what we legally cannot say.

This commitment is amended only in public, and the current version is always this page.
