Career growth and learning
Commitment 3 of 6
A company of a handful of people cannot promise a ladder of titles, so it promises the rarer thing, scope. Everyone here works close to the product, the users, and the numbers, and what you learn compounds fast.
We learned this trade in public, in a community that read every changelog and asked why. That is still the school: real responsibility early, work signed with your name, and feedback from the people running your code.
Here is what we commit this company to, for as long as it exists.
First. Real scope from day one. You ship real work early, your name goes on it, and you own what you ship.
Second. We pay for learning. Books, courses, conferences, and certifications that make you better at this job are a cost of doing business, not a perk to negotiate.
Third. Skills over titles. Growth here is measured in the problems you are trusted with, and pay follows that growth without waiting for a new title.
Fourth. Work you can take with you. Changelogs, guides, and posts carry your byline in public. We would rather you outgrow us than shrink to fit.
Fifth. Feedback runs both ways. Reviews are plain-language conversations, they happen regularly, and the founders get reviewed too.
This commitment is amended only in public, and the current version is always this page.
