Where your application lives
Applications arrive by email to the inbox on each listing and stay in the team's own mail, not in a third-party applicant tracking system. The people who read them are the people you would work with, and nobody scores you with a keyword filter.
How long we keep it
While the process runs, and briefly after it ends in case a decision gets revisited. Once the process is closed your application is deleted, and it is deleted sooner if you ask. We do not keep a talent pool you never agreed to join.
Your rights
Ask any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be gone. The request needs no justification and reaches a person. How the product itself handles user data lives in the privacy policy.
