Every application gets an answer
A person reads every application that lands in our inboxes, and every applicant hears back either way. Silence is not a rejection method here.
The process is short
A written application, a conversation or two with the people you would work with, and an exercise only where the role truly needs one, scoped in hours rather than weekends. You always know which step you are on and what comes next.
Adjustments
If any part of the process gets in your way, tell us what would work better, whether that is interviewing in text, extra time, or a different format. No reason or diagnosis required.
No manufactured urgency
Listings state real dates. A closing date means the listing closes, an open listing is really open, and nothing on this site says apply now to make you rush a decision this size.
