Vaccine policy. Short, because the work is remote.
What we ask of people who gather in person, and of no one else. It applies to employees, interns, and volunteers alike.

For day-to-day work
eclean is remote-first, and no vaccination of any kind is required to work here, apply here, or volunteer here. Your medical history plays no part in hiring, reviews, or any other decision about your work.
At in-person gatherings
When we meet in person we follow the public health guidance of the host country. If a venue or a country requires proof of vaccination to attend, that requirement is stated on the invitation, and joining remotely stays a real alternative because the work never moved. We do not add requirements of our own on top of what the host country and venue ask.
If requirements change
Public health rules move. If a requirement tightens between an invitation and the event itself, we say so as soon as we know, and stepping back late for that reason costs nothing. The same goes the other way, a dropped requirement never becomes a reason to pressure anyone into attending.
Accommodations and privacy
Anyone can skip an in-person gathering without giving a reason, and doing so costs nothing professionally. We do not collect or store anyone's vaccination status, we do not ask others to disclose theirs, and where a venue checks proof, the checking stays between you and the venue.
