Is eclean publicly traded?
No. eclean Labs AB is a private Swedish aktiebolag. Its shares are not listed on any exchange, and there is no plan to list them.
Can I invest in eclean?
eclean Labs AB is owned by the people who build it and is not raising outside capital. If that ever changes, the change will be announced in investor news and reflected on the transparency page.
How is eclean funded?
Revenue comes from optional Pro and Family subscriptions. There is no advertising, no sale of user data, and no outside investment behind the product.
Where can I find financial statements?
As a Swedish aktiebolag, eclean Labs AB files annual accounts with Bolagsverket, where they become public record. This site publishes its own summaries only once a period is approved and sourced, and the financials page shows exactly what is available today.
Who runs the company?
Founders William Hallin, as CEO, and Jack Holmes, as CTO. Their governance records link to the same verified profiles the team page uses.
What is ECLEAN LIMITED?
An independent company registered in the United Kingdom. It is not a subsidiary of eclean Labs AB. Both entities are operated by the co-founders and collaborate to provide the eclean services.
Where are official announcements published?
Company announcements land on the investor news page, dated. Product releases have their own changelog, and security or privacy changes land in the trust updates log.
How do I reach investor relations?
Email ir@eclean.gg and a person reads it. Press questions go to press@eclean.gg and corporate records to legal@eclean.gg. Personal addresses are not published here.
